Hôtel Ô Suites Laval

Small but extremely clean and quiet room. The bed was double not queen as advertised and I was told there’d be a bathtub when I booked but there wasn’t any in my room. What surprised me was that no one entered my room to provide clean towels, empty garbage or make the bed. I was there 4 nights and I had to get extra toilet paper from reception myself when I ran out. They provide shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. Would I recommend? I guess, it was so quiet, but only if you’re travelling solo, the bed is really small for 2 people.

It's clean, affordable if you need a room for 3-4 people with 2 beds. We paid 136$ in total it was worth the price. I don't know why people keep saying "after 10PM no service" like yes maybe but they called us to explain that if we arrived after they have a procedure they were super clear about it. I rated 4 stars only because I have seen a little bit better but I would definitely recommend for a short time hotel.

I can’t speak for the other types of room, but the King bed Suite was simply AMAZING. Incredible value for your money. If you can, pay up to get the best experience in this motel.

The reason why I rating this so high is plain and simple like the room I slept in. Plain, simple and very clean and comfortable. I don't remember a time when I have slept better out of my own bed. The largest perk of this is,,, it is an animal friendly hotel! As I am disabled, I have a service dog so any business that is kind and willing to open their doors to people and their animals is amazing to me because our pups (and pets) are our family. Another wonderfully smart thing is that they have grass turf as opposed to real grass making it very easy for us dog owners to pick up after our precious pups. And finally the women at the desk this morning whose name was Carol was absolutely pleasant and lovely and after a good night's sleep and her smile even though the weather today is cold and wet...my day started off with some sunshine. We had such a great stay here! Booked the king suite and it was perfect for a little couples getaway. The room was spacious, very clean, and the king bed was comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and definitely one of the highlights of the suite. Cozy, intimate and made for a really nice, relaxing night away. If you’re looking for a cute and comfortable spot for a couple’s stay in Laval, this is a great choice!

Newly renovated hotel. Free parking. Clean rooms with good AC. Comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure with multiple jets. Lots of towels and face cloths are provided. The shower did tend to overflow on the floor a bit but we put an extra towel down and it was fine. There's a K-pod coffee/tea machine in the room with a small bar fridge and a long counter space with chairs to eat in or for preparing snacks. The check-in process was easy and the personnel is very kind and helpful if you have questions or issues with the room. Location : close to grocery store, pharmacy, cinema and restaurants. A car is recommended but there's a bus stop almost across the street that brings you to the nearest subway station (Cartier station - 7 min drive) that also offers free or paid parking if you prefer to use your car to get there. From there you have easy access to downtown Montreal. (Approx 30 minutes) We visited during the Montreal Grand Prix and purchased a metro pass so all public transportation was included both in Laval and Montreal. The neighbourhood looks a bit old but we found it to be safe. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel if you're looking for a good rest at an affordable price.

Honestly was a bit skeptical/scared about this place after booking this on an app and reading the reviews. However I must say, I was utterly impressed with the quality of the room. We booked the superior 2 queen beds ( which was not much of a $ upgrade from the regular queen bed room). We are a family of 6 and booked 2 superior queen bedrooms and did a late check in. Upon entering the google/apple location, there is a small lobby for you to go check in, there is a self service iPad/machine that you are able to check in/out (which was very convenient and super fast after having a long day). Inside the rooms were very modern and clean- with plenty of towels; along with a very fancy shower that had a shower head, handheld head, and 3 body jets/heads. Was honestly super impressed and expected a “motel”, but this place is honestly “hotel” quality. For the price, overall cleanliness, and quality, this was well worth. They definitely did upgrades, the front lady at the desk was also nice as well.

Didn’t have a great experience checking in, since they were double booked and we lost the original room(one king suite) we booked so they offered 2 rooms(one queen) on the “motel” side, It was just my wife and my baby, so we only needed the one room. Despite the headache, some minor issues with the room but The Halima at the front desk was extremely helpful, gave us a discount for the inconvenience and made sure we were in our room for the following night. If it wasn’t for Halima’s customer service, this review would likely be 2 stars
